Back to the home renovations that started over 3 years ago...The first room we painted was our master and with the help of Keith's mom, Vicki, we were in great hands. This was the first and last room anyone would come over to help us paint. The rest of the house, we were on our own. I can understand why people HATE painting and Keith is definitely one of those people!
Before we started painting, Keith and his dad installed a brand new ceiling fan in the master bedroom, which was my birthday present that year. Funny how owning a house changes what you ask for as gifts. I never thought I would want ceiling fans, outdoor lights, Elfa shelving, etc. until we were homeowners.
Ready to begin...
Keith gets the "easy" job of rolling the paint onto the walls and I end of doing the trim and edges since Keith says he's not very artistic and can't paint a straight line.
Most of these photos are blurry which is why Keith gave me a new Canon Elf for Christmas. Now I had a good excuse to take pictures of our home transformation with a camera that actually worked.
